1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and wi1win ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available on the website wi1win.fun as well as our mobile app.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the wi1win platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are using the platform voluntarily and are not acting under any form of coercion;
• Use of this platform is lawful under the regulations of your jurisdiction of residence.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion or game you participate in. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of the relevant game or promotion shall prevail.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the wi1win platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the registration date;
• An individual and not a corporate entity registering on behalf of another person;
• Has never had an account terminated by wi1win previously due to fraud or a breach of terms;
• Not listed on any gambling exclusion list maintained by a recognised regulatory body;
• Registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information — including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or wins.

3 User Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password and login credentials confidential. wi1win will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or Telegram. If anyone claims to be a wi1win representative and requests your password, treat it as a scam and report it to our support team immediately.

All activity occurring within your account is your responsibility unless there is evidence of a system failure on wi1win's part. We recommend that you:

• Using a strong and unique password — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device;
• Updating your account information should any changes to your personal details occur.

Wi1win reserves the right to freeze or investigate any account displaying unusual activity in order to protect your interests and the overall integrity of the platform.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wi1win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wi1win supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. wi1win does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes after KYC verification is complete. The recipient bank account must be registered under the same name as the wi1win account holder.

• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Wi1win reserves the right to request additional proof before approving large withdrawal amounts;
• Any wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made;
• Funds deposited via certain methods may be required to be withdrawn through the same method, subject to availability.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programme

Wi1win offers a variety of bonuses to members, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified individually for each promotion.

General conditions applicable to all wi1win bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be used for play on the wi1win platform and cannot be transferred or directly redeemed for cash;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period — expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of that promotion;
• Wi1win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Abuse of the bonus system — including the use of automated software, duplicate accounts, or player collusion — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and further action against the accounts involved.

Wi1win reserves the right to determine whether a bonus claim meets the specified conditions. wi1win's decision in this matter is final.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available at wi1win use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and independently audited by a recognised third-party body. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including wi1win itself.

The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is determined by the respective game provider and can be viewed on each game's information page. wi1win does not modify the original RTP set by the provider.

In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during an active game:

• Wi1win will attempt to restore the game to its last valid state;
• If recovery is not possible, the affected bet will be credited back to the member's account balance;
• Wins obtained during a period of technical disruption may be subject to review before being credited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the wi1win platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without any compensation:

• Registering or using more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you;
• Conducting transactions related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Spreading false or misleading information about wi1win on any platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Threatening or harassing wi1win staff or other users.

8 Privacy & Personal Data Protection

Wi1win respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. The collection, processing, and storage of your data is carried out in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

The data we collect includes registration information, transaction records, and platform usage data. This information is used to:

• Verifying identity and processing financial transactions;

9 wi1win Liability Limits

Wi1win is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform;
• Third-party content or services that may be linked through our platform.

Wi1win's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

Wi1win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any valid remaining funds will be returned to the member once all related wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, wi1win reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses or wins obtained through rule-violating conduct. Original deposit funds may be returned at wi1win's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Wi1win reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via registered email or a prominently displayed notice on our website at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the wi1win platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before those changes take effect.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with established procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
